Safety rules for milling machines

1. When loading and unloading the workpiece, the tool must be removed, and the cutting head and hand must not be close to the milling surface.

2. When using the Xuzheng milling machine to align the tool, you must move slowly or manually. Do not move fast. Do not stop when moving the tool.

3. Pay attention to whether the handle of Xuzheng milling machine will hit people when rapidly advancing and retreating the tool.

4. Do not feed too fast, do not change speed suddenly, and adjust the limit stop of Xuzheng milling machine.

5. The Xuzheng milling machine must be stopped when moving up and down, measuring the workpiece, adjusting the tool and tightening the speed change.

6. When assembling and disassembling the end milling cutter, the worktable should be padded with wood, and the nut of the milling cutter should be removed flat, and the force should not be too strong.

7. It is forbidden to touch or wipe the rotating parts and tools with cotton yarn, and it is forbidden to hold the cutter head with hands.

8. Generally, one chuck can only clamp one workpiece at a time. Because one chuck clamps more than one workpiece at a time, even if the clamp is tight, the force is great when the rough feed is made, and the two workpieces can easily slide between them, resulting in workpieces flying out, knife breaking and personal injury accidents.
