Precautions for ordering milling machine
Metal cutting machine tools have implemented the export product quality license system, and products without export product quality license are not allowed to export. When ordering, the equipment parameters, metric and English system, power supply, voltage and cycle, as well as the standard accessories, machine tool color, etc. must be clearly specified. In view of the wide variety and different standards of CNC punches in the sheet metal industry, customers should ask the manufacturer for the following information when ordering molds:
1. Machine tool model - determine which type of mold structure is long guide or short guide, and whether it is imported Murata structure or Tongkuai structure;
2. Tonnage of the machine tool - whether the punching force of the die is applicable to the machine tool, otherwise, the structure of the die must be changed or other processing methods must be selected;
3. Whether there is a rotating station - if the machine tool station is a non-rotating station, the guide sleeve or lower die must consider the double-keyway structure;
4. Distance between the upper and lower turntables of the machine tool - to determine the height of the lower mold of the mold (forming mold);
5. Processing plate information - the material and thickness of the plate processed by the customer must be determined to determine the material and gap selected by the mold;
6. Mold positioning direction - determine the direction of the positioning pin (slot) of the mold (especially the special-shaped mold) according to the customer's processing requirements. In addition, except for the square edge mold, the guide sleeve or lower mold of other molds must consider two keyways;
7. Mold type - There are many types of molds, so it is necessary to specify the mold type ordered by customers.
(1) Thick turret type:Ø AMADA (Tian Tian) series A, B, C, D, E stations, Wilson 80 (integral) and 90 (split) structures;
(2) Slewing tower typeØ Strippt series 5/8 station, imported and domestic structure with large station of Jinfangyuan; Small station integrated structure (mold D= Ф 31.75mm、 Ф 32mm); Small station split structure (imported thread and domestic thread)& Oslash; Murata (Murata) series A, B, C, D, E, F and other stations& Oslash; TRUMPF (Tongkuai) series type 0, 1, 2, 3, heavy-duty type 1 and 2.
