Packaging, storage and transportation of milling machine
Milling machines are mostly packed in wooden cases. When manufacturing wooden cases, manufacturers of wooden cases shall comply with GB7284-98 Frame Wooden Cases, GB/T13384-92 General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Mechanical and Electrical Products and relevant standards. The above standards specify the material, structure, moisture content and other items of the packaging box.
The inspection and sampling judgment of packing cases shall also refer to SN/T0275-93 Inspection Procedures for Wooden Cases for Export Commodity Transportation. The machine tool in the box shall be effectively fixed and cushioned, and its electrical and processing unpainted surfaces shall be subject to anti-rust and moisture-proof treatment, and its anti-rust validity period is two years. Machine tool products shall be stored in the warehouse during storage and detention. When temporarily stored in the open air, they shall be raised and covered with tarpaulin to prevent rain and water immersion. Marks such as the center of gravity, rain-proof, do not invert, and handle with care shall be complete to ensure that the products arrive at the destination in good condition and safety during transportation.
